1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour or taxi service with Eliot's Adventures, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings require a valid credit card or accepted payment method. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 72+ hours before tour: Full refund.
• Less than 72 hours / No-show: No refund.

Eliot's Adventures reserves the right to cancel any tour due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

4. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Participation in outdoor activities such as hiking, river caves, kayaking, and waterslides involves inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Eliot's Adventures, its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or death arising from participation in our tours or use of our taxi services, except where caused by our gross negligence.

5. Health & Physical Requirements

All tours are open to participants ages 6 and up. Some activities require a reasonable level of physical fitness. It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions that may affect your participation. Eliot's Adventures reserves the right to exclude any participant who poses a risk to themselves or others.

6. Late Arrivals

Tours depart at the scheduled time. If you arrive late without prior notice, your booking may be forfeited without refund. Please contact us immediately if you anticipate a delay.

7. Behavior & Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful manner toward our guides, drivers, or other guests, without refund.

8. Photographs & Media

Photos or videos taken by Eliot's Adventures staff during tours may be used for promotional purposes. Please notify us before your tour if you do not consent to this.

9. Taxi Services

Our taxi and transfer services are provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive for punctuality, Eliot's Adventures is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or other factors outside our control. We recommend allowing extra time for airport or cruise transfers.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.
